Rules of cancellation

We follow the rules of the Swedish Hotel and Restaurant Association, concerning cancellations. If a reservation is cancelled later than four weeks prior to the conference, the customer will be charged with 75 % of the cost for room, board, meals and facilities unless the hotel is able to book another customer during the same period. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the conference the customer will be charged with 100% of the agreed price, unless another booking can replace the one that was lost. VAT is 25 % on food and beverages and 12 % on rooms and facilities. These rules may be subject to change without notice. |
